How can I place an order?

There are two ways to add products to your shopping cart:

• directly via the shop by selecting the products you want.
• directly in the shopping cart by adding or editing products there.

Please note:

Before creating an order, always select the country in which the customer resides in the Country Selector. For example, if you want to place an order for a customer in the UK, then the UK must first be selected as the country.

Then open your shopping cart and select the cart you want to continue with at checkout.

If this function is available in your country, you can also select several shopping carts. These will then be combined into one order and, where possible, shipped in one package.

In step 2 of checkout, first select the delivery address.

Only after selecting the delivery address will the shipping and payment methods available for the selected delivery country be displayed. The order process cannot be completed without a selected delivery address.

Once all details are complete, you can complete the order and select the desired payment method.
